New Patients: Many doctors like to welcome new patients monthly. In this area, simply put a sample list of new patient names.

Special Offer: The flexibility of the newsletter is that it can be completely customized with just a few clicks. Let's say that you want to have a Spring special in May, a holiday special in July, and a Fall special. No problem. Just input the special of the month in this block. Other uses may be a coupon or advertisement. The sky is the limit.

Offer Value: Be sure to tell your patients and prospects how much of a value they are receiving for your offer. Put its actual dollar value in the Offer Value field.
